Family Holidays session
As promised, we brought the best of summer drama in two sessions of Portuguese and international short films. The first session was dedicated to every kind of heartbreak a “Family Holiday” can hold - reunions, losses, conflicts and fears.
- Looking for Jack (2022, Sarah Zeppeli, FR)
- Ponto Final (2022, Miguel Lopez Beraza, ESP-PT)
- Dark Colors (2019, Ophélie Gallant, FR)
- Skógafoss (2018, Niels Bourgonje, NL)
Summer Loves session
Summer can also be made of intense stories, unexpected encounters and farewells that stay in memory forever. The “Summer Loves” session was dedicated to friendships and loves, fleeting passions, broken hearts and missed connections that linger long beyond the holidays.
- Os Inúteis (2019, Rui Esperança, PT)
- Pidgeons are dying when the city is on fire (2023, Stavrous MarkoulaKis, GR)
- O Rio e Seu Labirinto (2023, Ian Capillé, PT)
- Viaggio (2018, Alex Morelli, US)
